Renee is genuine, warm, and often direct. She is committed to building a safe, honest connection with the people she works with. Expect that she will seek to understand your mental health and current concerns, as well as your background. The hope is that you will come to understand yourself and your situation more clearly too. No two sessions are the same, but do not be surprised if there are questions, stories, laughs, tears, reflection, strategies, and insights. Renee stays focused on the change that is meaningful to you and, where helpful, works alongside your other treating professionals to support your mental health, wellbeing, and relationships.
